Micro contains the calcium that plants require for structural roles in the cell wall and membranes.  This helps in the development of the plants in both non-stressed and stress conditions. We use the most readily available Calcium for plants in Micro. Micro also contains all the micronutrients a plant needs to flourish. Boron supports the structural and integrity of cell membranes. Copper to aid the production of Vitamin production. Iron for energy transfer and nitrogen fixation. Manganese helps in increasing germination and maturity while at the same time increase the availability of calcium and phosphorus. Zinc which is directly linked to high yields.
